Fees for classes and vouchers are non-refundable. If you miss a class no credit or refund will be given, but we do understand that life can get in the way, so you are welcome to make up any missed classes within the same term at your convenience, and where spaces are available within classes.

The timetable is subject to change but notice will be given where possible. In the event that we cancel classes due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances, we will honour the missed session/s at another time.

Covid 19 Response Guidelines

Moxie Pilates has a risk mitigation plan for Covid 19. Clients will be advised of all protocols at each level and our full site plan can be made available on request. Operating protocols at each level are guided by the advice and guidance given by the Ministry of Health and Exercise New Zealand. An outline of procedures is available here, but for further information or to request a copy of the full risk management plan, please email jana@moxiepilates.co.nz.

Level 1 Guidelines - At this level there are no physical distancing restrictions but ample space between participants will be encouraged and facilitated. Clients will be required to check in with the QR code or registration sheet provided. Cleaning and hygiene procedures will be strictly adhered to, and props will be available for use but not required. Any props used will be cleaned before and after each use. Clients will be required to stay home if they are sick, and will also be informed if there are class cancellations due to personal or family illness.

Level 2 Guidelines - As an exercise facility we are not bound by the social gathering limit of 10 and instead capacity is based on social distancing protocols of 2m, therefore each venue will have limited class sizes to adhere to physical distancing. Bookings to classes will be essential. QR codes/registers will be available, and up to date contact details for all clients will be required. Strict cleaning protocols at both venues will be adhered to and hand washing/or hand sanitising is mandatory for all clients before class. The use of props will be temporarily suspended. Clients will be required to stay home if they are sick, and will also be informed if there are class cancellations due to personal or family illness. Face masks are not mandatory if a 2m distance can be maintained, which will need to be adhered to, however if a client would like to wear one they are welcome to.

Level 3 and Level 4 Restrictions - No classes will operate in person and instead an alternative timetable will be released for the duration of the lockdown period so that classes can be attended online through Zoom. If it is not possible to attend Zoom classes, please contact me to discuss an alternative arrangement whereby classes can be made up when we resume in-person classes. Please note that classes will not be credited.
